Meet Our Hosts
Kirk Duckwall
Kirk has been working in real estate for over a decade. He is now a Realtor and Associate Broker at BRIX Real Estate. Prior to that he worked in the construction industry building, remodeling, and rehabbing homes. The knowledge he gained from that experience has been a great help to his clients. He is able to help a buyer spot potential issues with a home or let a seller know the most cost-effective things to do when getting a home ready for market. He enjoys putting some of his free time towards real estate education. He has been doing the Twin Cities Real Estate Show since 2012, teaching classes since 2016, and also has authored 2 books. When he is not working he loves getting out to do some fishing in the summer or skiing in the winter.

Chad Priebe
Chad has been in the home mortgage business for over 18 years. He loves to work with first-time homebuyers. However, he also enjoys showing even the most experienced buyer the formula to get the best rate. That said he also volunteers his time towards real estate education. Teaching classes since 2019 as well as being a regular host on the Twin Cities Real Estate Show. When he is not in the office or the studio he loves to get out for a round of golf. However he also really enjoys fishing too.
